randomPassword

public static java.lang.String randomPassword()

generate a random password.

Returns:

the value

nextBytes

public static void nextBytes(byte[] bytes)

Generates a user-specified number of random bytes.

If a call to setSeed had not occurred previously, the first call to this method forces this SecureRandom object to seed itself. This self-seeding will not occur if setSeed was previously called.

Parameters:

bytes - the array to be filled in with random bytes.

randomPassword

public static java.lang.String randomPassword(int minLength)

generate a random password.

Parameters:

minLength - - minimum length

Returns:

the value

randomPassword

public static java.lang.String randomPassword(PasswordCreateOption option)

randomInt

public static int randomInt(int min,
                            int max)

Return a random integer within the includes range ( including the minimum/maximum values)

Parameters:

min - the minimum value.

max - the maximum value (INCLUSIVE)

Returns:

the random value.

generateKey

makeSalt
