Dispatching your order

Once your order has been received and paid for, it will be sent the next business day.

We use Australia Post and Couriers, depending on where the product is going.

When purchasing more than one child’s garment or an adult garment, please remember that the parcel will be bulky and may not fit through a letterbox opening.

When providing a delivery address, please ensure that it is relatively secure.  Items will not be replaced if after a search by Australia Post, we find that it was delivered to the address supplied.  If you are using a delivery address where mail can go missing, such as a communal mail box at blocks of units then we recommend shipping your order to a business address.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 

Standard delivery time > 2-4 days AUD $8.00 + depending on weight. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us which will contain your tracking number so you can track your parcel through the Australia Post website (click here to go there now). 

Often the tracking number does not register until it reaches your local sorting and distribution area.

It may take 6+  days  to reach W.A. and S.A. interstate sorting and distribution areas.

If you are located in the Standard Post zone (most capital cities and surrounding suburbs except S.A. and W.A.) you should receive your order the day after your order has been shipped. You can see if you are within the Standard Post zone by clicking here to the Australia Post website. Delivery to rural areas will take longer. Delivery times are provided to us by Australia Post, and whilst we get your orders out on time, we have no control for any delays that may occur via this service.

 Post Office Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship internationally by Australia post and base our Shipping costs on weight.

1 childs top weighs approx 250 gms. 1 adult tops weighs approx 500 gms
