Wetsuits are designed to fit snugly. Mistakes happen, we are all human ! From well meaning relatives that have bought a wetsuit two sizes too big, or just misreading the size charts, the important thing is to get the fit right.
Please feel free to call or email us. Sending measurements, and a picture with the wetsuit on ( minus the head ) can really help us decide what size would be best.
When the goods are returned there is a minimum of $8.00 fee to cover postage and handling.
If we have made a mistake, then obviously the new postage and handling fee will be waived.
Each year we exhibit at over 10 conferences each year around Australia, we will have a full sizing range at each conference. We strongly recommend that you take the time to size up if/when we are in your area. Please follow our face book and website for upcoming dates.
We also have a list of Swim Schools that already use our products. Often we can direct you to a place in your area, that will give you an idea of the correct size before you buy.
For a refund, please include your name and invoice number and the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 30 days, unused with all labels / tags attached. The product must be neatly folded in the original packaging. These requirements can only be varied / waived with our approval.
When putting on the garment for the first time, please make sure that it does not come into contact with any hair products, make up or nail polish. Remove any jewellery including earrings, rings or necklaces that may catch or snag the wetsuit.
When we receive your return, all products are inspected thoroughly for damage and wear to ensure we can resell to other customers. If there are any signs of damage or wear, swing tags removed and/or not present we may return the product(s) to you OR charge you a damaged goods fee of up to $20.00 per item.
We will either credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit for future purchases.
We take pride in the textiles used and the manufacturing of our product. If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault in the product you have purchased, please email us, along with a picture attached and a description of the fault to email@example.com. Please also include the original order invoice number and name and date.
If we can clearly see the fault and believe the product has not performed as it should, we will offer you the choice of another product to the equal value of your original purchase or a refund.
If we believe the product has been mistreated or has performed for a reasonable period of time, we will discuss with you, and your return request may not be approved
We use leading edge textiles in our products but they do not last forever when subjected to harsh chemicals, sun exposure, vigorous use or incorrect care.
With the Instructor Series Chlorine Resistant range, please remember that it is Chlorine
Resistant not Chlorine Proof. Please make sure you follow the product care instructions, and read the expected usage and warranty information.
Please be realistic before you contact us, about whether the ‘fault’ is just a reasonable sign of aging in a well-loved product
